POW: Every Once in Awhile, A Dog Arrives at KCAC That Steals Your Heart

Every once in a while a dog arrives at Kane County Animal Control that absolutely steals your heart. Payton, a 6-year old beagle, is definitely one of those adorable, adoptable dogs.

Payton POW2

Look at Payton’s beautiful coloring!

An owner surrender, she loves long walks and cuddling on the couch. She would make the best companion hunkered down with you on the sofa while the two of you watch a marathon of videos on a stormy winter night or star gaze on the back patio on a warm summer evening.

She’s great with everyone, including other dogs. When she first meets you, she doesn’t hesitate to fall on her back so you can rub her tummy and then gives you a few wet kisses as a reward for all the belly rubs.

Since she is a beagle in every way, her nose is her GPS to the world, so her best new home would have a fenced-in-yard.

Won’t you follow your nose to KCAC and adopt your new best friend?
