POW! ‘Johnny’ the Cuddly Stray Cat Rescued By Good Samaritan

It’s not easy being a stray cat!

Finding a warm cubbyhole out of the rain, sleet and snow is no simple task. Neither is staying one step ahead of the fleet-footed coyotes, dogs and raccoons, as well as dodging any feral cats. Finding a forever home is probably not in a stray cat’s uppermost mind as they intuitively struggle with the day-to-day matter of survival, but certainly the urge for a better life is in their hearts.

Luckily Johnson (Johnny) along with his partner in crime, Cindy, were found by a Good Samaritan and brought to Kane County Animal Control by the police. Who knows what adventures this sweet 6-month-old black domestic shorthair endured while out in the cold, cruel world, but it certainly hasn’t deterred him from wanting special attention.

A little shy on first introduction, he’ll monopolize the room with his requests for more snuggling after his initial warm-up. If you want an attention hog that loves to cuddle, then Johnny is waiting for you!

KCAC Update

Little Cindy, Johnson’s female companion, was adopted this past week and is living the good life in her forever home. Congratulations, Cindy!
