POW! Looking For a Sweet Girl With a Winning Smile? Say Hello to Nollie
“If you want loyalty, get a dog. If you want loyalty and attention, get a smart dog.”
– Grant Fairley, Motivational Speaker
- KCAC’s Adorable, Adoptable Pet of the Week is written by Tecla Metzel of Kane County Animal Control.
You can’t miss the smile, especially after a period of a lot of running and playing.
You know in your heart you just made this 2-year-old pit bull’s entire day by spending time with her, and she shows you how grateful she is by bestowing on you the biggest, brightest smile she can possibly give along with a big wet kiss. The smile is the gratitude of a stray that remembers what her world was like when she was running down a dark road at night, not sure where she belonged or to whom.
But now Nollie feels safe and is able to show her true nature. She is a very sweet girl that gets along with other dogs and loves people. She will probably do better in a household with larger dogs since, she can seem a little high-spirited at times. She loves getting a lot of petting time and is more than willing to take that after dinner walk with you.
Nollie is waiting for her forever home and a family who will shower her with lots of love!
