POW! ‘P’ Is For Playful, ‘U’ Is For Undeniably Cute and ‘G’ Is For Great — And Duffy Is One Great Pug

“Old dogs, like old shoes are comfortable. They might be a bit out of shape and a little worn around the edges, but they fit well.”

Bonnie Wilcox

Can you spell “Pug?”

“P” is for Playful.

“U” is for Underestimate (as in never underestimate the cleverness of a pug), and …

“G” is for Great personality!

Duffy

All of these adjectives describe Kane County Animal Control’s newest resident, Duffy.

A 9-year-old fawn-colored pug that was surrendered by his owner along with his brother Snoop, a min-pin, Duffy is a sweet little guy that enjoys exploring his surroundings and hanging out with his two-legged friends. The Duff-man also enjoys spending time with his bro and other gentle dogs that aren’t overly nosy.

Any potential adopters need to know that Duffy has a grade 3 or 4 heart murmur, but it hasn’t slowed him down one bit. He shows that he has quite a bit of energy by running down the hallway, chasing Snoop and taking short walks with KCAC staff.

It would be great if we could adopt Duffy and Snoop together, but it isn’t a requirement for adopting this wonderful little guy. He definitely deserves finding his special forever home where he can spend the rest of his golden years loving every minute of his incredible life!

Due to Duffy’s special needs, his adoption fee is $100.

How to Adopt
