ROE Photo Contest Week 9: Kaneland Student Shines A Bright Light
Week 9 of the ROE’s Student Photography Contest is in the books! This week we saw submissions from 12 local high schools and narrowing down the photos to the top 10 was as challenging as ever with 103 creative photos submitted this week.
There is just one week left in the contest to submit photos! Contact Mike Ademe at the Kane County Regional Office of Education if you are a high school student who would like to submit photos for Week 10.
Remember to mark your calendars for Thursday, Dec. 14, at Water Street Studios for the 2017 Student Photography Exhibition. The event is from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. with awards made by Image Awards presented by Regional Superintendent Patricia Dal Santo, appetizers from Batavia High School’s Culinary Arts Department, live music from the Batavia High School Orchestra, and great student photography! Please contact the ROE if you have any questions about the event.
