Election 2018 ‘Other’ Contests: (FINAL) Noland Defeats Hartwell For Judge Seat

In the marquee race among the “other” local elections, Democrat  Michael Noland defeated Republican Thomas Hartwell in the race for 16th Judicial Circuit judge. The final unofficial totals Tuesday night were 82,818 for Noland, 79,195 for Hartwell.

In the only other contested race on this page, two candidates have a clear lead in Kane County for the three-way Wasco Sanitary Sewer District race for two open seats. Thomas A. Bihun and Robert G. Leible lead Andro Lerario in unofficial totals.
