POW! 2-Year-Old Goofball Siberian Husky Loki Is a Great Companion!

Whoever let him go, whoever opened the door and watched him wander off one day, obviously never realized what a great companion this 2-year-old goofball of a Siberian husky would make to the right owner.
Loki
With a mask of white color that veers down to his chest and a vest of black and gray making it seem as though he’s wearing an evening coat, Loki is an absolute stunner.
He’s definitely a connoisseur of stuffed toys and tennis balls, especially as he plays his favorite game of keep-a-way. If the schedule for the day includes a tour about the neighborhood, he’s eagerly available to walk on a leash, but he will need some training to teach him to not pull or weave.
Loki has all the enthusiasm of a typical 2-year-old child unleashed. He loves people, but will need his new owners to teach him boundaries.
He seems to enjoy other dogs, but can be a bit overly pushy to play with them and a bit too eager to play rougher than he should. Again, this is where a consistent amount of training will help him understand boundaries.
If you’re looking for a companion with a large personality that’s ready to give you the best of all of his days, then Loki is ready to expand your life! He’s already in the back packing his bags.

How to Adopt
All Kane County Animal Control adoptable cats and dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up-to-date on all vaccines, including rabies. They are tested for feline leukemia/FIV and heartworm.
The adoption fee is $200 for dogs and $100 for cats. Adoption of two dogs is $300, and adoption of two cats is $150. The adoption fee for cockatiels is $25.

About Kane County Animal Control
It is the duty of the Animal Control Department to:
Ensure that all domesticated dogs and cats over 4 months of age are vaccinated against rabies and have a Kane County rabies tag.- Ensure that all reported animal bites are given precautionary attention in relation to the possibility rabies infection.
- Ensure that pet owners are instructed on proper procedures pertaining to animal bites and enforce adherence to these procedures.
- Contain loose\stray dogs in unincorporated Kane County and those towns and villages with whom contracted.
- Investigate nuisance dog complaints in unincorporated Kane County and those towns and villages with whom contracted.
