‘Armed and Dangerous’ Man Now in Custody
The Kane County Sheriff’s Department has apprehended the Aurora man who was wanted for armed robbery with a firearm.
The Sheriff’s Office put out an alert on Thursday, April 24, saying law-enforcers were searching for Montrell D. Brannon, 19, of Aurora, who was considered “armed and dangerous.”
Brannon surrendered to the Kane County Sheriff’s Office on April 25 and remains in custody on $150,000 bond.
“The Kane County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank everyone who provided information on this subject and/or shared the information on social media and news media,” the Sheriff’s Office said in a Citizen Observer email alert Monday.
