The Kane County Office of Community Reinvestment and its partner agency Community Contacts Inc. invites contractors to pre-qualify to bid on HUD-funded residential rehabilitation projects.

The Contractor Pre-Qualification packet can be viewed and downloaded at http://cci-hci.org/pdf/ContractorApplication.pdf.  Pre-qualification is processed by Community Contacts Inc.

 The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development is a Cabinet department in the executive branch of the United States federal government.

The rehabilitation services involve construction on owner-occupied single-family homes or substandard homes in order to bring these homes up to current code. The typical work includes but is not limited to demolition, framing, roofing, drywall, siding, painting, masonry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and sanitary sewer/septic.
