Randall Road Gets Median Removal Work Over Rail Bridge
Median removal work on the Randall Road over Tyler Creek Bridge has started as part of the bridge repair work that is expected to be completed by late October 2014. Work on the bridge will include bridge deck removal and replacement, new parapets and lighting.
While temporary daily lane reductions will be required at various stages of the work, two lanes of traffic will be maintained in each direction for the duration of the project.
Motorists should expect increased travel times, pay attention to new lane configurations and watch for equipment and workers entering and leaving the work zone area.
“The county wishes to apologize for any inconvenience caused by this work and thank you for your continued support,” Director of Transportation Carl Schoedel said.
