Take the Pledge for Pool Safety This Summer
With swimming pool season under way, now is the time to make a strong effort in your community to prevent drownings. PoolSafely, a U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission program, offers resources to encourage kids and adults to take a few simple steps to increase awareness and make the pool a safer place for kids.
With these links, you can:
- Urge adults and children in your community to sign the Pool Safely Pledge and then print it out as a reminder.
- Share simple steps that can save lives with parents and caregivers.
- Show pool owners simple steps they can take to make their pools safer.
- Share the interactive adventures of Splish and Splash with children to teach them about pool safety.
Thanks for spreading the word and making your community safer.
