Got a Septic System? Free Homeowners Workshop, Water-Well Test Kits

Are you a homeowner with a well and or septic system? Have you ever wondered how these systems work? Do you know what maintenance has to be performed so that they function properly? Do you  know what type of septic system you have?

For the answers to these questions and more, the public is invited to attend the Kane County Health Department‘s Well and Septic Homeowner’s Workshop in conjunction with the village of Campton Hills at 7 p.m., Sept. 11, at the Campton Township Community Center, 5N082 Old LaFox Road, St. Charles.

Attendance is free, but space can be limited so organizers recommend you register by calling (630) 444-3040. If you must leave a voicemail, please provide your name, address, and phone number. We would like to hear from you by Sept. 9, 2014.

Water well test kits will be provided to attendees at no charge.
