Traffic will be switched from the east side of LaFox Road to the new pavement along the west side of the road (between Campton Hills Road and IL Route 38), starting Wednesday. The road will remain as a single lane with temporary traffic signals maintaining traffic flow through the construction zone 24-hours a day for the duration of the project.

North Grand Monde Road will be closed at LaFox Road. A reduced speed limit is posted through the construction zone to protect the motorists and construction crews.

Motorists are advised to expect increased travel times, exercise caution while traveling through the work zone, and watch for equipment entering and exiting on LaFox Road.
