Judson University’s fifth World Leaders Forum will feature Felipe Calderón, the 56th president of Mexico.

According to Judson’s website, Calderón is scheduled to speak March 12 at the Elgin university. Previous years’ speakers include former U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice in 2014, former British Prime Minister Tony Blair in 2013, former Soviet Union President Mikhail S. Gorbachev in 2012 and former U.S. President George W. Bush in 2011.

Judson University is located at 1151 N. State St., Elgin.

During his presidency from 2006 to 2012, Calderón :established economic reform as a top priority of his administration and helped substantially stabilize the economy, create jobs and achieve universal health coverage,” the website says.

Calderone was named by TIME Magazine as one of the top 100 influential people in the world. He now serves as chair of The Global Commission on the Economy and Climate and is president of the Sustainable Human Development Foundation.
