It should be a beautiful weekend in Kane County, a chance to get outside to enjoy the fall weather. In addition to the usual Friday and Saturday football games and fall color, there are a number of fun activities to choose from in Kane County.

One of the biggest of the big events for the weekend is Art In Your Eye in Batavia. The St. Peter Church Barn sale always draws thousands of folks ot the Kane County Fairgrounds, and the Fox Valley Marathon draws thousands more. There are also a couple historic, farm-related events to help celebrate Farmer Appreciation Month in Kane County: Campton Township Prairie Fest, the Annual Farm Frolic in St. Charles and Raku Pottery Day at Blackberry Farm.
