Bridge replacement over Mill Creek will make it necessary for Kane County to close through traffic on LaFox Road for a few hours Wednesday Oct.  8, 2014.

LaFox Road between Campton Hills Road and IL Route 38 will be closed to through traffic from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. Wednesday. Local traffic access to Elodie Drive and North Grand Monde Road will be provided from IL Route 38 to the south only.

During this time, trucks will be delivering over-sized materials required for the construction of the bridge, and the road will not be passable. Motorists are advised to use the posted Truck Detour which takes traffic along IL Route 64, Randall Road and IL Route 38.
