Sharing Days at Batavia Food Pantry Is This Weekend

The Batavia Food Pantry will be having Sharing Days this weekend, Oct. 10, 11 and 12.

Volunteers in red aprons will be out in front of Batavia Jewel and Berkeley grocery stores collecting food and donations to restock the food pantry shelves. The pantry presently serves around 350 families every month in Batavia Township.

“Please be generous,” Food Pantry representative Julie Brooks said. “And if you would like to volunteer and be a part of the over 100 volunteers that put on this event, contact Julie Brooks at 630 879 5893 or email volunteer@bataviafoodpantry.org.”
