St. Charles Farmers Market Goes Indoors in November
“Hi all! Really big news!! Our market will become a year round market!!!”
That’s the enthusiastic first sentence of the Facebook post from Rob Murphy at the St. Charles Farmers Market.
Beginning this November and continuing through the end of May, from 9 a.m. to noon each Friday, the market will be held in Baker Hall which is located just inside the Cedar Avenue entrance on the North side of the Baker Memorial United Methodist Church.
“So, same great Market but a slightly different product mix,” Murphy says. “Please share this announcement with your FB friends.”
Murphy manages the St. Charles Farmers Market, which has run outdoors every Friday from June through October.
The Indoor Market will feature locally raised and produced food products, bakery good and artisan crafts, ceramic and jewelry. Shoppers can expect to see many of the same great products they see at the outdoor market.
According to the St. Charles Farmers Market webpage, the St. Charles Farmers Market offers fresh from Kane County produce, fruit, cheese, eggs, beef and goat meat, poultry products, bountiful fruit and flowers from Michigan orchards as well as fresh flowers, garden plants, honey, produce and foodstuffs from Illinois growers.
