Still Time to Join ‘Team Run for Nature’ in Marathon Races
Regular registration may be filled, but there’s still a chance to run in the Edward Hospital Naperville Marathon and Half Marathon on Sunday, Nov. 9, by joining Team Run for Nature, benefiting The Conservation Foundation, a Naperville-based non-profit.
Team Run for Nature still has room for more runners. To register, go to The Conservation Foundation website for details and to set up a personal fundraising page. The fundraising requirement is $250.
The race winds through the scenic neighborhoods and downtown streets of Naperville. Choose from a half marathon (begins and ends at Naperville Central High School) and a marathon (begins and ends at Naperville Central High School and is a 2016 Boston Marathon qualifying race).
Team Run for Nature members receive a team performance shirt and charity runner race bib, eligibility for awards, and also will enjoy Charity Village amenities that include pre- and post-race stretching and massage, and gear check valet.
