Wear Your PJs, Hear Bedtime Stories From Kane County Judges Nov 19

The Kane County Law Library in cooperation with the Kane County 16th Judiciary will host its annual Family Reading Night with the Judges from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 19.

Kane County judges Elizabeth Flood, David Kliment and Robert Villa share their favorite bedtime stories.

The event is for children in second grade or younger, and an adult must accompany children. Young visitors also can experience the excitement of touring a courtroom and sitting in a real judge’s chair.

“Enjoy snacks, laughter and stories as we celebrate the importance of literacy and quality time spent reading with those most important to us. And don’t forget to wear your pajamas!” says a Law Library press release.

Family Reading Night is an annual statewide event sponsored by the Illinois Secretary of State and State Librarian Jesse White and Illinois Center for the Book.
