March 1 Memorial Event Will Raise Funds for Family of Jesse Vazquez
A memorial fund event is set for March 1 to benefit the family of longtime Kane County Board member Jesse Vazquez.
The Jesse B. Vazquez Memorial Fund event will be held from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, March 1, at St. Peter Church in Aurora.
Tickets are $10 per person, and children under 10 may attend for free. The ticket price includes a chicken or pork meal “with all the fixings,” a drawing for a big screen television, raffle prizes and a 50/50 drawing, according to the event flyer.
