Want to learn how to minimize your property tax bill?
State Rep. Anna Moeller and Kane County Board member Cristina Castro are hosting a free Property Tax 101 seminar Monday in Elgin that can tell you how to do just that.
The seminar will be presented by Kane County Supervisor Mark Armstrong, author of the popular “Ask Mark” column on Kane County Connects, and takes place from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday, Feb. 9, at The Centre of Elgin Heritage North Room, 100 Symphony Way, Elgin.
The seminar will include an overview of the Illinois property tax system and explain how taxpayers can minimize their property tax bills.
