A Dense Fog Advisory is in effect until  9 a.m. Wednesday, March 11, 2015.

The National Weather Service is reporting visibility of less than a quarter mile and near zero at times as of 8 p.m. Tuesday.

The confidence is high that dense fog will be around Tuesday evening and overnight but low regarding how long it will last on Wednesday morning.

A Dense Fog Advisory means visibilities frequently will be reduced to less than one quarter mile.

“If driving, slow down, use your headlights and leave plenty of distance ahead of you,” the NWS said.
