The League of Women Voters of Central Kane County is hosting two forums for candidates in contested races prior to the upcoming April 7, 2015, consolidated election.

This election consists of elections for local offices such as municipal, school board, park district boards, library district, township, community college district, fire protections districts and other special districts. These elections afford you, the voter, the opportunity to elect persons to represent you “close to home.”

The candidate forums for contested races are as follows:

Geneva

  • When: 7 p.m. March 24       
  • Where: Kane County Branch Court, 530 Randall Road, St. Charles
  • Contested races: aldermanic, School Board
