Homeschool Families: Find ‘Fabulous Frogs’ at Binnie Marsh Forest Preserve
The Forest Preserve District of Kane County invites homeschool families on a monthly exploration.
The “Homeschool Explorations” program series is specially designed for families with children ages 5-10, although all ages are welcome. Each month, we cover a nature topic at a different forest preserve, with lots of hands-on activities and plenty of fun.
The April session of “Homeschool Explorations” is from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Thursday, April 9. This program is all about fabulous frogs, and takes place at Binnie Marsh Forest Preserve. Attendees should meet at the shelter.
Advance registration is required. Registration is $2 per person. Call 630-444-3190 or e-mail programs@kaneforest.com to register.
Binnie Marsh Forest Preserve is located at 38W040 Binnie Rd., West Dundee.
