U-46 Candidates Face Off for First Time at Thursday Forum

Voters who live in the boundaries of School District U-46 will have the first chance to see and hear all 10 School Board candidates in a public forum Thursday.

The U-46 Citizens Advisory Council is hosting a Board of Education Candidate Forum from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, March 5, at Streamwood High School, 701 West Schaumburg Road, Streamwood. The forum will be held in the high school auditorium, and organizers recommend using door #23.

Ten candidates are vying for five open seats on the U-46 Board of Education. The forum is open to the general public, and all residents within the School District U-46 boundary are encouraged to attend.
