St. Charles Chamber Hosts Consumer Expo, ‘Taste of Fox Valley’ April 11

The St. Charles Chamber of Commerce will showcase some of St. Charles top businesses at its Second Annual Consumer Expo, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 11, at the Sportsplex, 1400 Foundry St. in St. Charles.

The family-friendly event includes a magic show from Magic of Scott Piner and dance performances from 3rd Street Dance & Theatre Academy, Beth Fowler School of Dance, Flannery School of Irish Dance and the St. Charles Park District. There will also be appearances from Ozzie the Kane County Cougars mascot, Charlie the St. Charles Chamber’s mascot and Sparky the St. Charles Fire Departments mascot along with a fire truck engine demonstration.

Midwest Fun Factory is is hosting face painting and balloon art, and Anderson Animal Shelter will be in attendance with adoptable pets. The St. Charles Park District is hosting a Bounce House for kids.

Looking for a new lunch or dinner spot? There will be more than 10 Chamber-member restaurants at the Expo lined up to create the “Taste of the Fox Valley,” where visitors can try the samples that they will be giving away and find out more information about their business.

The Premier Sponsor is St. Charles Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & RAM, which will showcase its top autos. Excel Automotive Repair is the Gold Sponsor for the event. The expo will featured 60 registered vendors.
