The initial investigation indicates that a 2009 Honda CRV was traveling south on Walker Road and stopped for the stop sign at the intersection with Allen Road. The Honda entered the intersection and was struck on the passenger side of the vehicle by a bicycle that was traveling east on Allen Road.
The operator of the bicycle was thrown from the bicycle and pronounced deceased at the scene.
