Big Rock Township Assessment Changes Published Tuesday, June 2
The 2015 assessment changes for Big Rock Township are being published Tuesday, June 2, in the Aurora Beacon-News.
Publication starts the clock ticking for anyone who would like to challenge the assessed value of their property.
After all revisions and corrections by the township assessor are applied, an equalization factor is calculated for each Township. Each non-farm property in Big Rock Township was equalized with a factor of 1.0000.
