Help Kane County Metals Businesses Go Global
If you know someone in the metals business, please let them know about this unique opportunity to expand their business into international markets.
The Chicago Metro Metals Consortium was created with the idea that the seven-county region (Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, Lake, Will and McHenry) can build a pipeline of export ready firms, provide concierge services to firms seeking to capture global opportunities, connect firms to international partners and local peer networks and reduce the initial business costs to reach new markets.
That can only be done, however, when local businesses take advantage of the opportunity.
Kane County businesses are invited to join Metro Chicago Exports, CMMC, and Illinois’ SBDCs for a series of Industry Export Programs focused on the fabricated metals industry and exporting. The seminars will help manufacturers understand the opportunities presented by entering new international markets and provide connections to the right resources to grow globally.
