The Batavia Depot Museum will host the ninth annual Quilt & Textile Show Friday, July 17, through Sunday, July 19, at the Eastside Community Center and Shannon Hall, 14 N. Van Buren St. Hours are 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

The cost is $6 for the general public, and $5 for seniors 60 and over. Children 10 and under are free. Service men and women will also be granted free admission with a military I.D. This year’s show will have a special exhibit featuring patriotic quilts in honor of the 100^th anniversary of Flag Day.

The show caters to people of all ages and features vintage and contemporary quilts. “The imagination and talent that goes into these quilts is really remarkable,” said Carla Hill, director of the Depot Museum. “They put so much time into creating something so beautiful, and we’d love for people to come check them out!”

A vendor hall features a variety of unique items for sale. Quilt technique demonstrations will be held throughout the day Friday and Saturday, and Laura Wasilowski will present “I Quilt, Therefore, I am,” on Sunday, July 19 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Kemp Hall, 18 N. Van Buren St. The cost is $5 per person.
