More than 25,000 books and media for adults, teens and children will be for sale at the Gail Borden Public Library Foundation 4th Annual Book Sale this month.

A preview book sale, with a $10 admission fee, is set for 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 16. That will give book and media lovers a first crack at the top selections.

The regular sale is free and takes place during regular library hours from Thursday, Sept. 17, through Sunday, Sept. 20.

The selection of items in sale includes but is not limited to coffee table books, gardening, cookbooks, military history, new fiction, CDs and DVDs.  This year’s special will be audiobooks.

Proceeds from this sale help fund exciting exhibits and events for the library community.
