2 Days of Temporary Lane Closures on Kirk Road in St. Charles
If you’re on Kirk Road a lot, you might want to pay attention to this one.
On Thursday, Oct. 15, 2015, the city of St. Charles will begin work to reline a sanitary sewer on Kirk Road in the city of St. Charles. The work shall include accessing a man hole located in the center median of Kirk Road just north of the Union Pacific Railroad rail road crossing.
The southbound inside through lane of Kirk Road and a portion of the north bound left turn lane to Dukane Drive will be closed to provide a staging area and safe conditions for workers.
The temporary lane closures are expected to be in place between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., Thursday and Friday. Motorists should allow additional travel time or seek alternate routes.
