Back by popular demand, the Kane County Regional Office of Education presents the 2^nd annual Kane County Student Photography Contest on Kane County Connects.

Last week, we had St. Charles North High School, St. Charles East High School, Geneva Community High School, Kaneland High School, Aurora Central Catholic High School and Bartlett High School present photos for consideration. This week we’re excited to add submissions from West Aurora High School and Batavia High School. Thanks to all the students and teachers for their participation in making this contest possible.

Like the photography, this year’s December artist exhibition will bigger and better than ever! Mentioned in last week’s article, we will be celebrating nine weeks of creativity at Water Street Studios in Batavia on Dec. 8. Part of the exhibition will be an award ceremony for the featured photographers, and we are excited to announce that Image Awards will be producing beautiful trophies this year.
