St. Charles East High School is seeking nominations for the 2016 Jodie Harrison Lifetime Achievement Award. Nominations can be made now until Dec. 11, 2015.

“The Jodie Harrison Lifetime Achievement Award honors his memory by inducting persons to this Hall of Fame who have demonstrated lifetime accomplishments which are consistent with his values, character and dedication to St. Charles High School Athletics.”

Nominations are to be submitted in writing to Michael Sommerfeld, Athletic Director, St. Charles East High School, 1020 Dunham Road, St. Charles, Illinois 60174 or by email at michael.sommerfeld@d303.org

The nomination form is available on the St. Charles East athletic website. Those submitting nominations should supply as much information possible in support of their nominee. Include the nominee’s current address, telephone number, athletic achievements, and contributions, along with graduating year or years of service to St. Charles East High School.

The Jodie Harrison Lifetime Achievement Award/Hall of Fame Night will be on Jan. 30, 2016, in the St. Charles East H.S. Gym, with the Jodie Harrison Lifetime Achievement Award winners being honored between the St. Charles East vs. St. Charles North varsity basketball games.
