Hold onto your Santa caps, it’s going to be wild sleigh ride of a weekend in Kane County.

Yes, there’s a National Bird Show going on at Pheasant Run Resort, and yes, there’s that quirky celebration of Walt Disney’s 116th birthday in St. Charles on Sunday, but the big events this weekend will be holiday-related, from the Friday Christmas Walk in Geneva to the “Holiday in the Grove” in Sugar Grove to Sunday’s tree-lighting ceremony in Montgomery.
