Lazarus House’s Heartwarming Gala Will ‘Unmask the Face of Homelessness’

Lazarus House is now accepting reservations for “Unmasking the Face of Homelessness,” a special gala being held on Jan. 16, 2016, at St. Charles Country Club.

Participants can enjoy a social hour filled with silent auction items, a mystery wine pull and background music by harpist Tina Barber, and after dinner, experience a heartwarming presentation by Beth Mooncotch.  The live auction features trips to Lazarus House gala BlackGoldMaskOrlando, Maui and Puerto Rico.  Other live auction items include Disney Hopper Passes, an 11-piece patio set, a Joliet Autobahn Experience, a Dan Hampton autographed Bears jersey, private dinner party at The Finery & Blacksmith Bar, Blackhawks tickets, and more!

Reservations are $100 per person with a cash bar and can be made by calling 630-587-2144.

Over the past 18 years, Lazarus House has helped our neighbors in crisis by providing safe shelter, food, education and skills for life.  Lazarus house offers emergency shelter, a center for transitional living and an outreach program for men, women and children from Batavia, Geneva, St. Charles, and western rural Kane County.
