A St. Charles seminar will provide teens and their parents a unique approach to understanding teen dating violence.

The seminar, titled “Date or Danger,” will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 6, at St. John Neumann Church, 2900 E. Main St., St. Charles. There will be concurrent sessions for teens and parents. Refreshments and child care will be provided onsite.

The session is sponsored by the Ministry for Victims of Domestic Abuse at St. John Neumann, Holy Cross, St. Peter Church and St. Katharine Drexel, according to an organization flyer.

“Don’t let yourself … be disrespected, stay silent, be abused, be hurt, give up (or) repeat the cycle,” the flyer says.
