Sheriff’s Office Conducts Alcohol, Tobacco Compliance Checks

During the week of Jan. 10, 2016, the Kane County Sheriff’s Office will be conducting alcohol and tobacco compliance checks.

These checks will test businesses that sell alcohol and/or tobacco in the areas of Kane County patrolled by the Sheriff’s Office. The goal of these checks is to ensure that Kane County businesses are taking the appropriate steps to ensure that those who are not old to purchase alcohol or tobacco are not allowed to obtain them.
