- 400 Individual Medley (competes June 26)
- 100M Breaststroke (competes June 27)
- 200 Individual Medley (competes June 28)
- 200M Breaststroke (competes June 30)
Prelims begin each day at 10 a.m. CDT and will be broadcast live on the NBC Sports Extra app. Finals begin at 6:45 p.m.

Alexis was the Illinois State Champion in the 200 IM and the 200 Free Relay (with Athena Ye, Kathryn Mueller, and Emily Ryan) at the 2015 tournament. The Rosary High School Beads are the 2015 State Swim Champions, bringing home the state title as well as a total of four state championship swims.
Alexis also broke the Rosary school record in the 200 IM with a time of 2:01.58 at the State tournament. She was named the 2015 Kane County Chronicle Girls Swimmer of the Year.
Alexis is the daughter of Mark and Cindy Yager of Batavia and will be a senior at Rosary in the Fall.
