Help Find Kane County’s ‘Best Under 40’!
The Kane County Chronicle, Elburn Herald and Sugar Grove Herald are currently accepting nominations for this year’s Best Under 40 award.
Best Under 40 recognizes Kane County professionals younger than age 40 who have made significant contributions to their profession, company and community.
The ideal candidate is someone who is successful in his or her profession and currently involved in community service resulting in high overall impact to Kane County. There are some cases in which a profession alone is enough of a qualification, but the news organization is looking for individuals whose involvement, commitment and impact to the community goes far beyond what they are paid to do.
Candidates should have achieved levels of excellence in professional and personal development. They should have a current record of involvement as a volunteer and/or board of director level in civic organizations (school system, non-profit, chamber or trade associations). Strong candidates will be a demonstrated servant leader and have solid leadership skills both professionally and personally.
The strongest candidates will both live and work in Kane County.
Nominations are due July 10. Click here to see the nomination form online!
