Kane County Fair -Bcard01Yes, there’s even an app for that.

The great community tradition continues at the Kane County Fair on Wednesday, July 20, through Sunday, July 24, 2016, at the Kane County Fairgrounds in St. Charles.

What’s happening at this year’s fair? Here’s a peek at what’s in store.

Midway and Kid-Pleasers

Walk the midway and taste your favorite fair foods — turkey legs, grilled chicken and burgers, waffle fries, corn dogs, fresh roasted corn and more! Enjoy the thrills of the carnival rides. Cheer at the grandstand events. Cool down in the Prairie Events Center building. Visit local businesses in the Commercial Expo. Convenient free parking!

Kids will have fun indoors with free sports-themed activities sponsored by All Sports Instruction and Jack Axe. 4-H celebrates agriculture and family. Visit the 4-H barns and see the animals!

Daily outdoor family events are kids-pleasers, of any age, year after year: the Kane County 4-H, the ever-popular Swifty Swine racing pigs, the Sheer Magic Show, Petting Zoo and a special appearance by Ozzie of the Kane County Cougars.
