IDOT Begins Road Paving on Route 31 in St. Charles

The Illinois Department of Transportation began roadway paving work on IL Route 31 near Wildrose Springs today (Sept. 15, 2016).

IDOT and the city of St. Charles say motorists should expect delays and allow extra travel time. This is part of the culvert replacement project at Ferson Creek, which will include widening and resurfacing the road.
