Circuit Judge John A. Barsanti accepted the plea.

During the plea hearing, Kane County Assistant State’s Attorney Salvatore LoPiccolo stated that at about 8:30 p.m. July 18, 2015, Martinez was a passenger in a car that was driving in the 200 block of Beach Street, Aurora.
