South Elgin FUNdation Hosting the Harlem Wizards VS. South Elgin Force Game
The South Elgin FUNdation is hosting the Harlem Wizards vs. South Elgin Force game at 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 13, featuring South Elgin Police, South Elgin Fire, South Elgin Parks & Recreation, and teachers at Kenyon Woods Middle School, 1515 Raymond St., South Elgin.
The Harlem Wizards’ mission is to create awe-inspiring events throughout the country.
“At a Wizards game, fans will witness amazing basketball talent combined with hilarious comedy,” the FUNdation said in a recent news release. “It’s two hours of family time where parents, grandparents, and kids can all laugh together.”
Throughout the game, fans will experience a magical display of tricks, coordinated ball handling, fancy passing and aerodynamic athleticism combined with high energy comedy and audience interaction.
Tickets purchased before the event are $15 before Jan. 13 and $18 at the door. Tickets can be purchased at the following locations: the Municipal Annex or from a FUNdation board member until Jan. 13. Tickets will also be available at 6 p.m. on the day of the game at Kenyon Woods Middle School and online at www.Harlemwizards.com.
