Attend a Garden Workshop at Creek Bend Nature Center
Make your own garden during a Forest Preserve District of Kane County “Garden Workshop Series.”
Join Forest Preserve District naturalists for a fun and interactive series of gardening programs. Attendees will learn about the natural and cultural impact of plants species that can grow in our home gardens. Following an informative discussion, participants will be provided with a pot, soil and plants to create their own arrangement to keep.
Go to one or both workshops! The first workshop is from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Sunday, April 9, at Creek Bend Nature Center. The second is from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Sunday, April 23, at Creek Bend Nature Center.
Advance registration is required. Registration is $10 per person, per garden, and includes the materials. Call 630-444-3190 or e-mail programs@kaneforest.com to register.
