Celebrate Earth Day With an Open Space Workday in Dundee Township

Whether it’s to celebrate Earth Day, connect with nature, get exercise or help improve your community, participating in a Dundee Township open-space workday is one great way you can support local wildlife habitats.
Township officials advise you to dress for working in the outdoors on one or all of the days below. Tools and training are provided.

- Saturday, April 8 — Salamander Springs, Binnie Road and Adams Drive, West Dundee
- Wednesday, April 12 — Dixie Briggs Fromm, Route 31 and Lundstrom Lane, Algonquin
- Saturday, April 15 — Library Springs, located behind the Dundee Library, East Dundee
- Wednesday, April 19 — Greater Raceway Woods, Huntley Road, Carpentersville
