A 23-year-old St. Charles man is facing multiple charges after posting a helmet-cam YouTube video titled “BIKERS VS COPS – Motorcycle Police Chase Compilation #15 – FNF.”

The dangerous and bizarre series of incidents began on June 26, when a St. Charles police police officer spotted Brian A. Bianco of 36W687 Oak Road, St. Charles on a motorcycle while stopped at a red light. Police said the officer noted several violations, including no registration plate and failure to signal a turn.

The motorcyclist turned around and saw the officer approaching and took off a high rate of speed.

Police said the motorcyclist went through two red lights and reached speeds of 143 mph while fleeing north on Randall Road. The officer never pursued.

But on July 3, the Police Department received an email with links to a YouTube video, Facebook page and Instagram account. The video was a link to a helmet camera that recorded the entire incident, along with other cases of reckless driving.

The investigating officer was able to identify Bianco in the video based on the Facebook profile. An arrest warrant was issued, and St. Charles Police took Bianco into custody at his residence on Thursday, July 6.

Bianco was charged with the following offenses:

• Aggravated Fleeing a Police Officer Exceeding 21 MPH Over Limit (Class 4)
• Aggravated Fleeing and Eluding of Police Officer Disobeyed 2 or more Traffic Control Devices (Class 4)
• Aggravated Fleeing/Conceal/Alter Registration
• Disobey Police Officer Order (Class C)

The YouTube video has since been taken down but can still be viewed on this Facebook post by Kristen Nicole of Fox 32.

Bail for the warrant was set at $40,000. Bianco posted a 10 percent cash bond. His court date is set for 9 a.m. Thursday, July 20, in Room 319, Kane County Judicial Center.

According to the release issued but Deputy Chief David Kintz, the St. Charles Police Department is attempting to identify other jurisdictions in the video and share the information to pursue additional charges.
