Burlington Fall Fest, Parade and Car Show Ready To Rock on Sept. 10

A parade, a craft show, a car show, face painting, pony rides for the kids, a mini-zoo, raffles, live music … you name it, that’s what’s happening Sept. 10 in Burlington.

Burlington Park, 401 Park St., will be the center stage for events that run from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on that Sunday. The craft show and market vendors run from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and the parade kicks off at noon.

“Make some time to attend,” says events organizer Tom Carey.

The festivities include the famous Turkey Drop Game, which benefits the Burlington Food Pantry and Fire Department, a beer tent where you can watch the Bears opening game, and a car and bike show. Entry is $12 on the day of the event, but it’s a dollar off if you bring a non-perishable canned good to donate to the food pantry and Odd Fellows Charities. And, of course, you can pre-register for $10.
