4th Annual Kane County Student Photography Contest Starts in October!
Calling all photography teachers at Kane County schools!
Are your students doing great photo work in the classroom or in school clubs or yearbooks? Want to celebrate their work on a countywide stage?
Back by popular demand, the Kane County Regional Office of Education will be facilitating a 10-week student photography contest! This initiative recognizes and celebrates the talent within the art departments of Kane County high schools. This includes the knowledge and support handed down by the instructors, as well as the creativity harnessed by students.
The friendly competition will feature 10 submitted photos being selected each week to be featured in Kane County Connects, with the first week being Oct. 4. Does your school have a photography class or club that wants to participate? Contact Mike Ademe at mademe@kaneroe.org for more information on the submission schedule and guidelines.
